Responsibilities
- Oversight of Drive Lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Ownership of the customer's experience by taking on additional assignments to leave a positive impression
- Concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in person, to ensure the customer is not mishandled
- Efficient distribution of work between technicians
Qualifications
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
