Service Advisor - Jaguar Land Rover Raleigh

About the role

Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization delivering the Holman Experience by treating customers and team members with respect and creating positive, rewarding relationships. Jaguar Land Rover-Raleigh is seeking a Service Advisor to serve as the liaison between the Service Department technicians, parts department, and customers, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers courteously and efficiently.
• Provide an outstanding guest experience and determine the course of action for vehicle service.
• Obtain customer authorization for repairs and provide accurate estimates for cost and completion time.
• Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and recommend necessary maintenance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of warranty, service, and insurance policies.
• Keep customers informed about the prognosis of their vehicle.
• Schedule appointments and answer telephones promptly.
• Attend and complete required training and department meetings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours.
• Computer proficiency.

Pay

This is a commission-eligible role with an average monthly pay range of $3,000–$10,000, based on personal performance.
