About the role
Mercedes-Benz Raleigh is seeking a Service Advisor to serve as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department, ensuring customer satisfaction while performing the following duties:
- Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency
- Provide an outstanding guest experience
- Determine the course of action for vehicle service and obtain customer authorization
- Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates for cost and completion time
- Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and recommend necessary maintenance
- Demonstrate knowledge of warranty, service, and insurance policies
- Keep customers informed and advise them on vehicle prognosis
- Call customers to schedule appointments and answer phones in a timely manner
- Attend and complete required training and department meetings
Requirements
- High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current valid driver’s license
- Strong reading, writing, and math skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Ability to work retail hours
- Computer proficiency
Pay
This is a commission-eligible role with an average monthly pay range of $3,000–$10,000, based on personal performance.
