Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs.
  • Cook up repair orders and communicate with technicians to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Provide repair recommendations, estimates, and timely status updates.
  • Help maximize shop productivity by effectively managing repair flow and technician schedules.
  • Cook up parts and warranty requirements to ensure timely repairs.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
  • Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Enjoys building relationships and solving problems.
  • Can successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing demands.
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, in customer service, or within the automotive, diesel, or commercial truck industry (preferred).
  • Bright attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • A basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes—or a strong desire to learn.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair processes.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
