About the role

As our Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our company. You'll greet customers, listen to their concerns, explain repair and maintenance recommendations from our certified technicians, and help them make informed decisions about caring for their vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and discuss repair options.

• Work closely with our technicians to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience. Automotive experience is preferred but not required.
