We carry Time magazine Dealer Award, Google's Best Business Award, and GM Dealer Of The Year Award for 3 consecutive years and counting. You will have the opportunity to earn $125,000 ++, we pay weekly commission, salary, and monthly bonuses. We have 20 technician, 31 bays, and a Open Face pace service lane with fast dispatching. Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs. Keep customers informed (communicate) about repair progress and costs. Deliver excellent customer service from checkin to vehicle pickup. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
