PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responds to requests for maintenance assistance by: Promptly advising maintenance staff. Preparing service orders, purchase orders. Order maintenance supplies.
- Maintains the maintenance department’s records.
- Schedules maintenance/repair activities involving contractors.
- Schedules housekeeping services.
- Prepares accident reports.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- A High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to type forms and short correspondence accurately and communicate cooperatively on the telephone.
- Valid Driver’s License (if operating a vehicle).
- Current Fair Housing Certification.
