- Qualifying potential customers
Requirements
- Two years of college and two years of Chamberlin experience or five years of construction experience and/or professional sales and customer relations experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- English speaking ability, bilingual preferred
- Ability to read and understand construction documents
- Familiarity with general construction items
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving and dispute resolution skills
- Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills (sales ability)
- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in inclement weather conditions
- Able to climb scaffolding, stairs, ladders (standing, stooping, bending, lifting, etc.)
