In its reimagining, the 407-room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home. This individual’s expertise goes beyond understanding of the menu. It dives deeper into a passion for food, the local culture, and human connection. This person creates a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal but a new and inspired outlook on their surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Record guests’ orders; have a keen eye for detail for allergens, special requests, and noted information
• Through understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options, adeptly make recommendations to guests
• Understand kitchen timing; stay organized and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to carry food and drink trays
