Server - We Do Days!

About the role

Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans!

Responsibilities

• Communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Handle money responsibly, operate a point-of-sale system, and perform basic math
• Work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 lbs
