Server - We Do Days!

About the role

Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans!

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests in the predominant language(s)
• Apply basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
• Handle money responsibly, operate a point-of-sale system, and perform basic math
• Work in a standing position for long periods (up to 10 hours)
• Safely lift and maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20–25 lbs

Requirements

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better
• Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Basic math skills and ability to responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 lbs

Schedule

Daytime shifts only (including weekends), allowing you to be home in time for dinner.
