Server - We Do Days!

About the role

Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each servers primary objective is to embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans!

Responsibilities

• Communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
• Understand and follow dining room and service procedures and functions
• Handle money and operate a point-of-sale system responsibly
• Work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs

Qualifications

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Possess basic math skills
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
