About the role

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Ruby Krewe Members. We are looking for people who believe that butter and bacon make everything better and who can communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests.
• Embody the spirit and soul of New Orleans through our brunch offerings.
• Work flexible hours, including Days Only.

Requirements

• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs.

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.

• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
