Server / Waitstaff -Part-time 11a-7p or 3p-7P

Responsibilities

• Taking resident meal orders
• Checking station tables for settings and cleanliness
• Reading the menu before service to assist residents with their selections
• Aiding in the plating and proper portion control of various dishes
• Bussing tables at the end of the meal

Requirements

• Experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or food-service-related industry
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Professional, patient, and capable of satisfying a demanding customer base
• Experience working with a senior population preferred, but not required
• Willingness to be a team player and help ensure a pleasurable dining experience
• Familiarity with food safety, preparation, and board of health guidelines
• Able to adapt to different personalities and situations in a positive manner
• Reliability, care, gentleness, and respect for the elderly

Qualifications
