Wait Staff/Server (Part-time)

Job Duties

• Greets residents and guests promptly as they arrive at their table;
• Records accurate food and beverage orders and input into the POS system;
• Explains how menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods;
• Informs guests of daily specials, makes recommendations;
• Carries service tray in correct placement of orders to facilitate service of food and beverages;
• Works safely, consistently using designated safety equipment (personal protective equipment- PPE);
• Completes bussing, runner, meal plater, utility and catering duties as needed or assigned;
• Refills beverages throughout the meal service.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience;
• Prior food service, fast food or restaurant experience;
• Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification;
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred;
• Availability that includes evenings, weekends, & holidays;
• High school students are welcome to apply!
