Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sets up and cleans station before, during, and after shift.
  • Takes and accurately records food orders from guests.
  • Monitors food distribution, ensuring timely and proper delivery.
  • Ensures food presentation is appetizing and meets quality standards.
  • Checks for proper set-up and cleanliness at the station.
  • Absorbs and follows all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
  • Knows and serves all menu items according to preparation and service procedures.
  • Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment.
  • Assists with bussing tables as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

  • High school education, with post-high school education preferred.
  • One (1) year of experience in a hotel/restaurant serving role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Team player.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Exceeds guest and team member expectations.
  • Operates available equipment, including cash registers and calculators.
  • Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds.
  • Flexible working hours and shifts.
