Server AM shift - Woodcliff Hotel / Horizons Modern Kitchen
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Sets up and cleans station before, during, and after shift.
- Takes and monitors food orders from guests, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Ensures food is properly prepared and presented, or that the buffet is appealing.
- Checks station for proper setup and cleanliness.
- Absorbs and abides by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol.
- Familiarizes oneself with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures.
- Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment.
- Assists with bussing tables and performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High School education, with post-high school education preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Exceeds guest and team member expectations.
- Operates available equipment, including cash registers and calculators.
- Broad basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds.
- Flexible working hours and shifts.

Compensation and Benefits
