Server - Part Time Weekends

About the role

Beztak Senior Living is seeking a part-time weekend Server to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and a commitment to excellence, ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring guest satisfaction when taking food orders
• Delivering of beverages, as well as bussing and resetting tables
• Providing quick, efficient, pleasant delivery of food, while maintaining high quality standards of service
• Ensuring all necessary health, food, and safety codes and regulations are performed at all times
• Able to handle special requests and menu related questions with accuracy and promptness
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
• Passion, dedication, and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening, and captivating living environment
• Flexible, innovative, and demonstrates the ability to multi-task

Qualifications and Education

• One-year experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
