Part Time - Server

About the role

Provide professional food and beverage service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with high standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve a designated number of tables and promote menu items through suggestive selling.
• Ensure knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including alcohol sales, and operate a computer system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service politely if necessary.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Report to work well-groomed, adhering to uniform and hygiene standards.
• Perform side-work and uphold safety procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol test and hold required licenses.
• Minimum of 3 years of server experience.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in basic math, computer use, and suggestive sales.
• Physical ability to stand, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Must work nights, weekends, and holidays.
