About the Role
This position involves assisting with dietary functions under the guidance of Dining Services management. It includes serving meals, setting tables, maintaining cleanliness in production and dining areas, bussing tables, washing dishes and pots, and disposing of garbage. The role requires adherence to policies and performing additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals and set tables
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Bus tables and operate dishwashing equipment
- Wash pots and pans, put dishes away
- Sweep and mop floors, dispose of garbage
- Perform other assigned duties and comply with policies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- ServSafe certification preferred if required
- No experience needed; 1+ years of dining services experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
Schedule
- Flexible hours, including full-time and part-time options
- Every other weekend rotation
- Float between healthcare and independent living facilities
Pay
Compensation ranges from USD $16.00 to USD $17.50 per hour.
Sign-on bonus: $500 for full-time, $250 for part-time.
