Job Summary

Conducts established training programs in manufacturing or engineering processes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains training effectiveness through established evaluation techniques.
• Displays knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Effective in presenting information and responding to questions from various groups.
• Capable of defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Proficient in operating a personal computer, including using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
• Advanced in PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
• Able to write simple correspondence.
• Reads and understands visual aids.
• Capable of adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Skilled in computing rates, ratios, and percentages and drawing and interpreting graphs.
