About the role

The Dining Server is responsible for delivering timely and professional meal service in a senior living community, creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. The role emphasizes building positive connections with residents and delivering excellent service to foster a hospitable environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Use community systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to assist with menu selections and operate dining systems
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Pay

This position offers a pay range of $15.00 - $18.75.
