Server (DRCM-REM)

About the role

The Dining Server is responsible for providing professional, timely meal service in a senior living community, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu selections and descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Perform assigned side work, opening/closing duties, and attend pre‑meal meetings
• Utilize community systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Build positive connections to foster a hospitable environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in food service or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
• Flexibility to perform opening and closing duties

Pay

$13.50 – $16.88 per hour
