Role Overview

The position involves providing professional and timely meal service in a senior living community, creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu selections and descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menus
• Use systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Build positive connections and deliver excellent service to foster a hospitable environment

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Efficient and accurate in order taking and delivery
• Comfortable assisting residents and working as part of a team
