Role Overview

A Dining Server in a senior living community provides professional, timely meal service in a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring residents and guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu selections and descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain a clean and organized dining space
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Use systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Build positive connections with residents to foster a hospitable environment
