Job Summary
The Beverage Server is responsible for providing gracious, kind, and warm service to casino guests, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to departmental goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Promptly and efficiently serve drinks and take orders
- Input orders accurately into the Point-of-Sale system
- Comply with alcohol awareness training and policies
- Prepare and garnish drinks, retrieve used glasses
- Manage server bank balance appropriately
- Attend pre-shift meetings punctually and positively
- Deliver an exciting environment and World-Class Service
- Adhere to department standards, guidelines, and objectives
- Operate Point-of-Sale System according to training
- Have comprehensive knowledge of lounge and bar menus
- Clean as you go, address spills promptly
- Use chemicals responsibly and maintain proper labeling
- Follow 5S Principles for organization and cleanliness
- Provide courteous and professional service
Required Skills and Abilities
- Accurately calculate figures and perform mathematical functions
- Interpret and follow instructions
- Resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Possess physical mobility and flexibility
- Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
Education and Experience
- Minimum age of 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior food or beverage service experience preferred
