About the Role
The server/host position is ideal for someone seeking flexible work with no late nights, such as those entering or re-entering the workforce or students. This is a non-tipping environment, but we compensate with scholarships, tuition reimbursement, and bonuses. Residents participate in a year-end bonus program for the entire team.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous meal service to residents and guests.
- Participate in set-up, service, and breakdown for special functions.
- Greet residents, take food and beverage orders, and serve residents in a timely manner.
- Portion and garnish plates prior to serving, if necessary.
- Serve and portion pre-made soups and salads.
