The resort is also home to two 'Courses with a Mission': Bandon Preserve, an award-winning par-3 course, and Shorty's, which opened in 2024. Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive, offering a friendly smile and a menu to start their dining experience.
• Take food and drink orders, answering questions about the menu or suggesting dishes.
• Serve meals, ensuring each dish is presented correctly and checking in to confirm guest satisfaction.
• Handle payments, bring the check, and thank guests for dining with us.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables and bus stations, and assist with side work or closing duties.
• Show up on time for every shift, demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Requirements

• Previous serving experience in a fine dining setting.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
