Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is seeking a Cook to join our team. This is a Full Time Regular position located On-site.

About the role

The Cook will be responsible for preparing and serving food in accordance with the resort's standards and guests' preferences. They will also assist with maintaining kitchen cleanliness and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and guest requests
• Ensure food is served promptly and at the correct temperature
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Skills

• Knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to read and follow recipes
• Good communication and customer service skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience.
