About the role
Tazza Kitchen in Raleigh, NC is hiring part-time and full-time servers to expand our Front of House team. We are looking for energetic, food-loving, and craft-beverage-appreciating individuals who embody Heads Up Hospitality and teamwork. Servers are immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable about our food and beverage menus, ingredients, sourcing, and wood-fire cooking techniques to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Must be 18 to apply and proficient in English.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Heads Up Hospitality and teamwork in a high-energy eatery
- Learn and communicate our wood-fired cooking techniques, menu ingredients, and sourcing
- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude during busy shifts
- Create a welcoming experience that makes guests happy
Requirements
- Eagerness to learn about food and beverage
- Ability to work flexible schedules (no late nights)
Pay
Hourly rates plus tips average $18–$28/hour.
