About the role
We are looking for energetic, food-loving, and craft-beverage-appreciating servers who embody Heads Up Hospitality and teamwork. Servers are immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable about our food and beverage menus, ingredients, sourcing, and wood-fire cooking techniques to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Must be 18 to apply. Hourly rates plus tips average $18–$28/hour.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Heads Up Hospitality in a high-energy, scratch-made wood-fired eatery
- Learn and communicate menu details, ingredient sourcing, and wood-fire cooking techniques
- Work collaboratively with the Front of House team during busy shifts
- Stay positive and upbeat while creating a welcoming experience for guests
