Server Assistant - Specialty Restaurant (Part-Time)

Main responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Server in table service for restaurant guests.
• Handle beverage offerings and service.
• Aid in food delivery.
• Clear items from guest tables.
• Clear and reset tables upon guest departure.
• Polish glassware and silverware.
• Sort equipment and assist with general cleaning of dining areas and kitchen.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the restaurant management team.

Qualifications

• Riverside County Food Handler's Card.
• Able to work evening (PM) shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to carry and balance large trays containing moderate-to-heavy items.
• Able to push, pull, lift, moderate weight.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail.

Pay

The hourly pay-rate for this position is $17.00, with the opportunity to earn additional income through tips. This is the pay rate that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay.

Schedule

Availability in the evening (PM) shift, including weekends and holidays.
