Serial Life Quality Manager

About the role

Ensure the achievement of quality objectives of QUAL for PRS. Propose technical solutions to be applied in mass production and by Aftersales division for the handling customer field quality questions. Decide the settlement of a customer field quality question. Propose customer modernization scenarios. Represent PRS towards QUAL, MFG, Aftersales during the CUQ / Crisis Cell.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of quality objectives of QUAL for PRS.
• Propose technical solutions to be applied in mass production and by Aftersales division for the handling customer field quality questions.
• Decide the settlement of a customer field quality question.
• Propose customer modernization scenarios.
• Represent PRS towards QUAL, MFG, Aftersales during the CUQ / Crisis Cell.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality or Development V-Cycle
• 2+ years experience with field warranty quality
• Problem solving skills, quality process, product design (system, architecture), industrial skills, project work, cooperation context control

Qualifications

• Behavioral and/or Managerial Skills: Ability to convince, communicate, manage the handling of quality issues; Ability to analyze risks and their consequences; Ability to mobilize and lead transversal teams; Autonomy and flexibility to learn new toolings and procedures
• Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., APQP, DFSS, 8D, Red X, 6 sigma, etc); Background in engineering, vehicle/mechanical plant operations, or project teams; Intermediate to advanced AI or Copilot user experience
