About the Role

The Marketing Content Writer / SEO Copywriter is responsible for creating and editing engaging, customer-focused content across digital and print marketing channels. The role involves producing SEO-optimized copy for websites, product pages, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media, catalogs, SMS marketing, video scripts, and promotional materials. Working closely with marketing, merchandising, design, development, and content teams, this position helps strengthen brand visibility, improve search engine rankings, and drive customer engagement while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Creative Writing, or a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of professional copywriting, content writing, marketing writing, or editorial experience preferred.
• Experience writing for e-commerce, retail, consumer products, lifestyle brands, or direct-to-consumer businesses preferred.
• Working knowledge of SEO writing and on-page optimization is required.
• Strong portfolio or writing samples demonstrating content creation expertise.
• Knowledge of premium cigars, cigar culture, or lifestyle marketing is an advantage but not required.
