About The Role The role drives organic and paid acquisition channels, taking full ownership of search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategy to scale high-intent user growth. This position collaborates closely with the content, engineering, and product design teams to execute technical SEO initiatives, optimize paid search ad spend, and build data-driven conversion funnels that lower customer acquisition costs. Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end SEO strategies including technical site audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and authority buildingManage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on high-intent keywords, bid strategy, and ad copy variationMonitor, analyze, and report on organic and paid search performance metrics using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and AhrefsPartner with engineering to resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, indexing, structured data, and mobile usabilityPerform continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and search copy to maximize click-through and conversion ratesManage the monthly paid search budget, ensuring optimal allocation toward high-performing campaigns to hit acquisition targets What We Are Looking For 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing SEO and SEM campaigns, preferably within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environmentDeep technical expertise in search engine algorithms, crawling, indexing, ranking factors, and technical SEO frameworksProven track record of managing five-figure monthly paid search budgets with positive ROAS and declining CACAdvanced proficiency with SEO and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4, GSC, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and HotjarStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex search data into actionable growth strategiesBonus: Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and SQL
