About The Role
The role drives organic and paid acquisition channels, owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of all SEO and SEM initiatives. This specialist translates search data into actionable insights, improving search visibility, driving high-intent traffic, and maximizing return on ad spend. Operating at the intersection of technical web optimization, paid campaign management, and content strategy, the position collaborates closely with engineering, content marketing, and design teams to build a high-converting search engine presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end SEO strategies, including technical audits, crawlability improvements, on-page optimization, and strategic backlink acquisition
- Plan, build, and optimize high-performing SEM and paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads, aligning bids and budgets with acquisition targets
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analyses to identify content gaps and discover new high-value organic traffic opportunities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on organic and paid performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, and Ahrefs to identify conversion bottlenecks
- A/B test ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page designs in collaboration with creative teams to continuously lower customer acquisition costs (CAC)
- Partner with engineering and product teams to implement technical SEO best practices, schema markup, and site speed improvements
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing both technical SEO and paid search (SEM) campaigns, preferably within a fast-growing B2B or B2C SaaS environment
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and managing monthly paid search budgets of $20k+ with measurable ROI/ROAS impact
- Deep technical proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to query, clean, and interpret search data using Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL
- Strong communication skills to translate complex search performance metrics into clear business insights for cross-functional stakeholders
