Job Summary
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager position available at Driven Brands, a leading automotive services company with locations across North America. The role involves planning and implementing SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance.
Responsibilities
- Audit and continuously monitor SEO performance to identify issues and implement solutions
- Evaluate content and technical performance to make recommendations and adjustments
- Identify and document SEO best practices for website management
- Conduct keyword research to guide content optimization and improve website content, landing pages, and paid search copy
- Create SEO Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for consistent performance management and reporting
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise-level SEO
- Broad and deep knowledge of marketing technology concepts, practices, and procedures, particularly relevant to retail, quick service restaurants (QSR), or similar multi-location businesses
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like Contentful, local listing tools (Semrush), and analytic tools (Google Analytics)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical capabilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, and good problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Positive attitude and team player
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-location business environment
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and industry trends
