Seer Interactive is a digital marketing consultancy that harnesses compassion, data, technology, and AI to make a mark on our communities—our coworkers, our clients, our industry, and our neighbors. We relentlessly pursue (and share) the truth, bringing together millions of data points from quantitative and qualitative sources, enhanced by responsible, human-centered AI. Our purpose is to unlock potential across these communities, envisioning a world where doing the right thing is intuitive and informed. At Seer, we see AI as a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and creativity. Regardless of your division or discipline, leveraging AI is a core part of how we deliver smarter, faster, and more strategic outcomes for our clients.

About the role

You are a creative-minded analyst at heart who believes strategic decisions should be backed by data. You uncover potential roadblocks, map solutions, and bring a unique perspective to the table. You are innovative, curious, and a bit of a perfectionist. This role is remote-first, with the option to work from our Philadelphia HQ office. We can only consider candidates based in the US who can work continental US-based hours.

  • Drive traffic and increase ROI for Seer's clients through competitive analysis, keyword research, content creation, link building, and contributing to AI-generated results and generative search experiences.
  • Support organic strategy for a portfolio of clients, building annual and quarterly roadmaps that account for both traditional SEO performance and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) visibility across AI-driven search environments.
  • Measure the effectiveness of strategies using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Conductor.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) and automation platforms (Zapier, APIs) to accelerate research, synthesize insights, and support scalable SEO and GEO workflows.
  • Track and report changes in client online presence, including traffic, rankings, AI Overview appearances, trends, and conversions.
  • Share insights with clients through email, conference calls, or face-to-face meetings, always tying efforts back to business goals and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive analysis, keyword research, and content creation to enhance client visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search environments.
  • Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies, including technical SEO (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, iframes).
  • Monitor and report on client performance using platforms like GA4, Adobe, Search Console, and leading SEO tools.
  • Collaborate with account teams to support a full book of business, providing strategic recommendations and proactive solutions.
  • Stay ahead of SEO and GEO trends, sharing insights with team members, clients, and the broader industry.

Requirements

  • Passion for digital marketing with a holistic view of business and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with SEO skills such as keyword research and technical SEO (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical fluency across platforms like GA4, Adobe, Search Console, and leading SEO tools.
  • Curiosity about emerging GEO measurement indicators, such as AI Overview presence and generative citations.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to fit each client’s needs.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate potential roadblocks.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and the ability to handle change and innovation.
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, APIs).

90 Day Goals

  • Day 30: Complete DIV training and begin supporting clients.
  • Day 60: Support at least 2 impactful client initiatives.
  • Day 90: Operate at full capacity, supporting a full book of business alongside account teams.

This might not be the right role for you if

  • Time-management, context-switching, and juggling multiple projects is challenging.
  • You prefer roles where continued learning and innovation are not expected.
  • Change management is difficult, and you struggle with adapting to new tools and processes.
  • Your AI usage is limited to simple tasks like content drafting or edits, or you struggle when tools break.

Pay

$65,000 - $73,000/year. Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience. Compensation is evaluated at least once a year.

Benefits

  • As a B-Corp Certified organization, we offer a range of benefits focused on inclusivity, well-being, and professional growth.
