The SEO Coordinator maintains SEO-focused coordination with marketing analytics, ensuring every checkpoint within the marketing ecosystem (strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics) leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action. This role follows a coordination-owned, SEO-focused work profile evaluated within the same operating context.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile logistics role documentation with status tracking for SEO-focused coordination, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts with deadline management, maintaining traceability and accountability.
- Review documentation and generate reports to support SEO-focused coordination, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Enforce document quality control and workflow management to prevent downstream rework.
- Apply the Park 6 Logistics Workflow Context and Campaign Management confidently in support of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the SEO-focused workflow.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the context of marketing operations.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs are complete by verifying logistics documentation, quality control, and record management signals are current.

Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
