About the role

We are seeking a Sensory Panel Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sensory panels, ensuring consistency and accuracy in panel results, and providing feedback to product development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sensory panels to ensure consistent and accurate results
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on panel results
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for sensory panels
• Train new panelists and manage panelist schedules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., food science, sensory analysis)
• At least 5 years of experience in sensory evaluation or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience leading and managing sensory panels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sensory evaluation techniques and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
