Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required with MBA desirable.
- Equivalent combination of education and manufacturing leadership experience may be considered.
- 10~15 years of manufacturing experience.
- Practical experience in team management, project coordination, and operational oversight is highly valued.
- Experience in plastics manufacturing and injection molding is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience leading Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement activities.
