About the role
The Worldwide (WW) GTM Specialist will drive the growth of Amazon WorkSpaces, shaping the vision and executing strategies to bring intelligent workspace solutions to market. This role involves defining customer segments, building compelling solutions, and scaling programs to accelerate customer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute GTM strategy for Amazon WorkSpaces, targeting high-value customer segments and building differentiated solutions.
- Engage with enterprise leaders and partners to communicate the value of Amazon WorkSpaces, connecting business challenges to measurable outcomes.
- Build and scale lighthouse engagements to generate compelling proof points and operationalize those wins into repeatable plays.
- Establish data-driven mechanisms to measure adoption, track program effectiveness, and continuously optimize ROI.
- Evangelize Amazon WorkSpaces externally through thought leadership, events, and industry engagement; internally across AWS to drive mindshare and investment.
- Own the strategic business development plan, coordinating key internal stakeholders to align behind a unified growth agenda.
- Orchestrate field uptake and execution of key sales plays and programs, delivering value to customers through repeatable mechanisms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working with Business Application Technologies, including EUC, Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, and Communication Developer Services.
- 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
- 5+ years of technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services.
Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud computing or web services or related areas.
- Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners or equivalent.
- Experience conducting in-depth analysis of issues at a selling partner or customer level and providing actionable recommendations.
- Experience developing technology solutions and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing.
Skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to operate with urgency.
- Deep business acumen combined with technical depth to be credible with CIOs and IT leaders.
- Built GTM strategies from scratch, rallied cross-functional teams, and delivered measurable business results.

Base salary range: $162,700 - $220,200 annually.
