Responsibilities

• Review and process claims within established timeframes
• Communicate with clients and adjusters to resolve disputes
• Prepare documentation and reports as required
• Ensure all claims are filed accurately and timely
• Provide guidance on workers' compensation laws and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims handling
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
