About the role

Responsible for handling workers' compensation claims, providing support to injured employees, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process claims in accordance with insurance policies and legal requirements.
  • Communicate with clients and adjusters to resolve disputes and provide updates on claim status.
  • Prepare documentation and reports as required by insurance companies and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure all claims are filed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and support to injured employees regarding their rights and benefits under workers' compensation laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation claims processing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
