Responsibilities

Requirements

• A high school diploma
• One to two years of retail keyholder experience, preferably in a consultative, customer-focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items

Pay & Benefits

The wage for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00/hour, plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full-time, with a work schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
