Senior Wireless Sales Expert - Las Vegas, NV

About the role

As a Brand Ambassador, Relationship Builder, or Store Key Support, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and comfortable store environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and positivity
• Guide guests through decisions with patience and expertise
• Build loyalty rather than just completing transactions
• Sell devices, plans, and services confidently, meeting or exceeding performance goals
• Operate a POS system accurately and efficiently
• Support store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years of retail keyholder experience, preferably in a consultative, customer-focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required
• 1-2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items

Pay & Benefits

The minimum salary for this position is $42,000 and the maximum is $47,250. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
