About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Wind Hub Manager - Dakotas 2 to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will oversee multi-site field service hub operations, ensuring safe, efficient execution across the region while supporting strong customer relationships. The manager will lead daily dispatch, coordinate service activities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve turbine performance and operational outcomes. A strong focus on safety, LEAN practices, and team leadership will be essential in driving consistency and meeting business commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multi-site service hub team
• Cultivate a safety-first culture across the hub and with partners
• Manage daily operations and dispatch schedules effectively
• Build long-term customer relationships to meet business objectives
• Drive turbine performance to exceed commitments
• Innovate facility operations with a focus on LEAN principles
• Engage with teams across multiple sites to enhance safety and customer relations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of relevant leadership experience
• 3+ years in field services or an equivalent role in the energy industry
• Technical Certification in Wind Energy or an Electrical/Electronic field preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Pay

Compensation: $104,200 – $173,700 annually
