Senior Web Designer

About the role

The ideal candidate will lead design efforts across multiple projects, collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and developers to deliver high-quality, accessible, and scalable digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing websites using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with project goals and user needs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and components that can be easily managed by clients and developers.
• Lead client reviews and provide clear, concise explanations of design decisions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets and timelines.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web design, accessibility, and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital design experience, with a strong portfolio of original work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, and accessibility.
• Experience with modern CMS, frontend frameworks, and web development.
• Ability to develop and maintain design systems and components.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Previous agency experience is preferred.
• Bonus points for experience with Webflow, Framer, or developing websites from scratch.
• Photoshop skills and experience with digital illustration and 3D design.
• Experience with animation for the web.
• Interest in the future of AI and its applications in web design.
