As a Senior Web Designer with JCTM, you will support design and communication capabilities, including SharePoint and other digital collaborative platforms, dashboards, reporting, data visualization, and accessible ICT content.

Responsibilities

• Support design of SharePoint sites and other digital collaborative platforms.
• Support content management involving the collection, delivery, retrieval, governance, and overall management of information.
• Apply UI, UX, graphic-design, and communication expertise to Government-approved activities.
• Support data visualization, dashboards, reporting, and communication of findings to IOD and CISA stakeholders.
• Support CISA public-facing internet sites and information platforms where assigned.
• Support Section 508 conformance for applicable ICT, electronic documents, web-based content, dashboards, charts, and data visualizations.
• Support validation and documentation of accessibility conformance when developing or modifying applicable ICT.

Requirements

You Have UI, UX, graphic-design, and communication expertise. Experience supporting digital collaborative platforms and content management. Experience with the Microsoft 365 capabilities applicable to the assigned work. Knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to address the Section 508 accessibility requirements applicable to delivered ICT.

This requirement is Unclassified. Applicants selected will be subject to the applicable DHS/CISA personnel-security process and must satisfy the background-investigation, Entry on Duty, fitness, and access requirements applicable to the position and to sensitive Government information.
