Senior Web Content Specialist (Remote)

We’re partnering with a leading Life Insurance organization that’s investing heavily in its digital marketing and customer experience capabilities. This role sits within the Digital Marketing team, managing high-profile web properties while supporting a major website redesign and digital transformation programme.

About the role

This is much more than a content publishing role. You’ll work across Marketing, UX, Product, Technology, and Business teams to deliver engaging digital experiences that support business growth and improve customer engagement. You’ll own website content delivery, coordinate digital campaigns, and ensure content is optimized for user experience, accessibility, compliance, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day website operations across high-traffic public web properties.
• Support major product launches, marketing campaigns, and website enhancement initiatives.
• Lead website content updates, publishing, and project intake while coordinating with multiple business stakeholders.
• Play a key role in a large-scale website redesign, including content migration, testing, quality assurance, and implementation.
• Partner with UX, SEO, and Marketing Technology teams to optimize digital experiences and improve website performance.
• Monitor website analytics, user behaviour, and search visibility to drive continuous improvement and inform future enhancements.
• Ensure all website content meets accessibility, compliance, brand, and UX standards while maintaining a high level of quality.

Requirements

• Strong background in website management, digital marketing, content publishing, and digital experience optimization.
• Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs), CMS platforms, HTML, analytics, SEO, and UX best practices is highly desirable.
• Previous experience within the Insurance industry—particularly Life Insurance—or another highly regulated industry such as Financial Services would be beneficial.
